To anyone dealing with depression, unbearable stress or just hitting a low point in life, I highly recommend Monumental and specifically, Laura Bernal. Throughout my entire life, I have always internalized things. As a father and husband going through tough times, things got to a point where every facet in my life was being impacted. I put my ego to the side and as a last resort, I reached out to this practice. It has been 6 months and through the right balance of therapy, medication and self-healing my life has turned completely around for the best.
